Happy New Year – December 2025

Happy New Year everyone! 

We hope you all have had a celebratory & joyful Christmas season! How the time continues to fly! 

As we look forward to many things to come in the New Year, we want to share a few things with you all. 

Firstly, each year we take some time to reflect on the year that has transpired, and we describe the year in a phrase or a few words, if not only one. For example:

• 2023 - Learning & Establishment
• 2024 - Pruning
• 2025 - Managing Tensions amidst New Dynamics

We pray you may take a pause to also reflect on this year and consider the following questions:

• What were the most important moments you experienced this year?
• What are two or three things you’re really proud of this year?
• In what ways were you surprised by this year?
• Who made you laugh the most?
• In what ways did you experience sadness or loss?
• Who encouraged you most this year?
• When did you experience deep peace?
• What stretched or challenged you?
• What do you wish you had made more time or space for?
• Where have you seen God at work in your life this year?
• If you were to share one photo at a New Year’s Eve party that captured the essence of your year, what would it show?

We give full credit to our partner and sending church, Fellowship Church, who sent these questions out to all of its members. 

REQUESTS

We ask you would pray for the following for us:  

• Middle School (MS) Youth camp January 12th-14th.
• High School (HS) Youth camp January 15th-17th. 
• Wisdom for another full year of ministry and to lead well those God has entrusted to our care. 

REMINDERS
